专利摘要:
The invention relates to the production of spectacle frame parts of synthetic material and in particular to the moulding of spectacle frame faces of synthetic material, for example, of polyurethane. The faces are moulded between two casting half-moulds each comprising a plate having an impression on one surface thereof. Each plate has a substantially equal thickness at every point and is made of a polyolefine. Use of such half-moulds enables the faces of spectacle frames to be directly moulded into their final shape.

专利说明:

The invention relates to the processing of plastics into articles and, in particular, to the basic area for the manufacture of high quality eyeglass frames from polymeric materials. The known casting mold for casting polymeric materials contains half-molds made of resilient polymeric material {.1. In a known form, the mold half has a different thickness, which cannot ensure uniform cooling of the product. The purpose of the invention is to increase the operational properties of the mold by ensuring uniform cooling at all points of the molded product. This goal is achieved by the fact that, in a mold for casting products from polymeric materials, mainly the spectacle frames, containing mold cavities made of an elastic polymer material, each mold is made in the form of a plate of equal thickness with an outer surface of the appropriate configuration. the surface of the molding cavity, and from a polyolefin or a material containing polyolefin. In one of the half-molds in the area of the molding cavity there is a nest with an opposite inclination for mounting the anchoring insert of the molded product. The mold is provided with a snap-on element, made in the form of a protrusion located on one half-form, and a recess, made on the adjacent half-form. For casting several products at the same time, the mold is provided with a fastening plate with a sprue channel matched with the surface of the half-mold opposite to the surface of the forming cavity, with the sprue channel with the fastening plate located coaxially with the semi-mold channel. Fig. Shows the casting mold, obtion view; in fig. 2 shows section A-A in FIG. 1 (on an enlarged scale); in fig. 3 shows the node I in FIG. 2 (on an enlarged scale); FIG. 4 is a variant of the assembly 1 in FIG. 2; in fig. 5 - forms fastened with a plate; .on FIG. 6 product obtained in the form; in fig. 7 - half coupling, top view. The casting mold contains half-molds 1 and 2, made in the form of plates of equal thickness, each in any
cross section and with an outer surface corresponding to the configuration of the surface of the cavity. The semi-molds are made from polyolefin or a material containing polyolefin-, as well as from polyethylene of high or low density, or polypropylene, sometimes a copolymer of polyolefin.
The use of polyolefin-based materials, on the one hand, and, on the other hand, the corresponding synthetic materials for the preparation of the product, eliminates the use of a special substance to remove the product from the mold. The molding surface 1a of the half-mold 1 corresponds to one side of the product 3, and the molding surface 2a corresponds to the opposite side of the product 3. The inner surface.each circle 4 of the product 3 has a groove 5, called a bonbanier, to hold the lens for which it is intended. From this it follows that each of the half-molds has a part with forming slopes b and 7, respectively, to form a groove 5 on the product. One of the half-molds, in particular 1, contains on one side a supply channel 8 for feeding material into the forming cavity, and a channel 9 for removing air from the exhaust cavity. ,
These molds allow the direct casting of a precisely defined configuration from a synthetic material and obtained without the need to manufacture a false lens during such casting.
However, if one avoids the presence of opposing slopes on the half-molds, then the use of false lenses in FIG. 3 is shown as a broken line 10.
Due to the resilient properties of the polyolefin-based material used to make the half-form, it is possible to remove fake lenses without difficulty.
.In FIG. 4. A variant is depicted in which the elasticity of the material of the mold halves can be used to provide a controlled compressive force of the two mold halves to obtain the required casting.
For locking the half-molds there is a hinged, locking device, made in the form of a protrusion 11 on the mold half 2, and, accordingly, a groove On. on the mold 1. Several such locking devices may be provided in the form.
In another embodiment, the locking of the half-form can be provided by welding or an additional device such as a clamp.
FIG. 4 shows a variant, c. which cavity 2a of the mold half 2 also contains a slot 12, under the insert
13, secured in the cast product. This is necessary for a swivel designed to connect the circle 4 of the product with the arc of glasses. The elasticity of the material containing the polyolefin used to make the half-molds, and practically the polyolefin, allows separation without tearing off the sleeve 13 from the slot when it is removed and with which the insert is already bonded.
FIG. Figure 5 shows an embodiment in which a set of injection molds is simultaneously used, each of which is formed from two between which there is a fastening plate 14 through which the feed channel 8 passes.
Semi-shapes made from a substance containing a polyolefin can also be transparent, which allows visual control of the casting.
The invention makes it possible to manufacture products by casting from polymeric materials without subsequent polishing or processing of products on a machine tool. The form has significant advantages due to uniform cooling at all points of the product enclosed between the half-molds.
